Data migration due to equipment and systems upgrade is an inevitable part of every network. Often, the silo culture in a multi-vendor large network leads to upgrades of components, eventually resulting in downtime for some interfaces. We work with all parties for overall impact analysis, plan for upgrades and assist with interoperability testing.

Upgrades can range from relatively simple backward compatible release upgrades to significant updates involving hardware and operating environment changes. In many cases, legacy data must be retrofitted to the new systems. With years of knowledge of many systems, we provide value by addressing end-to-end impact areas and plan the timing of upgrades of interfaces and products to minimize downtime for end users.
