Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions based on client requirements.
- Customize and configure Salesforce platform to optimize performance and usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is required.
- Certification in Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Cloud is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
