Account Manager

Responsibilities: –
➢ Create proposals based on the market and customer insights, including value proposition, pricing strategy and target audience.
➢ Proficiency in working with IT/Tech clients.
➢ Organize various marketing campaigns across different platforms. Design, plan, and execute them and measure their effectiveness.
➢ Keep an eye on all marketing channels from websites to social media and everything else in between.
➢ Create brand awareness, come up with creative and innovative ideas for our clients and help in advertising and promotion activities.
➢ Attract, convert, and monitor the marketing traffic and achieve the desired goals & targets.
➢ You’d have your own high performing marketing team, so ensure effective coordination takes place within as well as with other teams to
achieve the desired results.
➢ The marketing budgets are in your hands to acquire effective tools and resources, and the budget for various projects would be handled
by you as well.
➢ Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders and clients and excel in different fields of the market.
➢ You’ve the authority to implement and improve any ongoing marketing campaign and plan a better one if
required. Come up with content strategies based on business objectives for our targeted audience across all platforms.
➢ Always make a note of the competitor’s strategies and look out for their next move. Keep yourself updated with the new marketing,
trends.
➢ At all times create & maintain documents with all important client data and information.
➢ Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and resources required. Develop comprehensive project plans, including,
timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
➢ Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and expectations. Foster a
collaborative and productive team environment.
➢ Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize,
impact on project outcomes.
➢ Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established processes. Conduct thorough reviews and testing as
necessary.
➢ Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing exceptional customerservice throughout the project
lifecycle.
➢ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, becoming a trusted point of contact for their needs and concerns.
➢ Develop and execute strategies to enhance client retention rates, utilizing a mix of proactive outreach, personalized communications, and
value-driven initiatives.
➢ Address client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift resolution and
client satisfaction.
➢ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services that align with client needs and goals.
➢ Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in client engagement and retention.
➢ Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, providing valuable feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer
experience.
➢ Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the foundation for a strong, long-lasting
partnership.
➢ Track key performance metrics related to client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth, and provide regular reports to management.
