Business Development Executive

Job Description:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, including HR managers, hiring managers, and business owners.
  3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ staffing requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure smooth and successful execution of client projects.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business partnerships.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and brand awareness.
  10. Continuously strive to enhance personal and professional development through training, education, and skill-building activities.
