Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using APEX classes, Visualforce, Force.com APIs, Process Builder, Triggers, Templates, and Web Services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions using best practices for code optimization, scalability, and maintainability.
- Implement and configure Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud to meet business needs effectively.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud application development.
- Strong proficiency in customizing and developing Salesforce applications using APEX classes, Visualforce, Force.com APIs, Process Builder, Triggers, Templates, and Web Services.
- Expertise in Lightning development is essential.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
